opacmare fall boat shows 2011

innovation, research and diversification are the passwords and objectives the Turin-based group has fixed for the new 2011-2012 boat season. A new Opacmare company is attending the Genoa Boat Show, a company wishing to highlight innovative strength of its design and production.

The long winter months 2010-2011 have been used to fulfil years of experience, studies, investments and research on new materials and new products; new ideas have been planned and developed and new production routes have therefore been tested.

Opacmare keeps on investing in quality and design, in order to always offer technology and innovation which are strongly demanded by end users. Opacmare keeps on offering new accessories and components for YACHTS and MEGA YACTHS as well as many updates on already existing items which have consolidate during time. This is the attitude of a young and dynamic company which acts with wit and diversification, to keep on supplying best shipyards.

Important novelties for nautical field are presented at Opacmare stand A6-B5 in pavilion C:

Multifunctional box gangway model 3622: it is fully automated and can be used as a ladder for landing on high quays or for getting into water and going up again. It can be supplied with five or seven auto-aligning steps and one landing with teak covering; it features a special hinged trolley system which allows for inclined extension thus avoiding possible obstacles and facilitating access to the quay.

Balcony tilting system made of stainless steel and glass: it is a mechanical system, fully folding inside bulwark which allows in sequence balcony tilting, stanchions raising from their recess and stanchions elevation up to existing rail level. A sole transparent glass panel allows admiring spectacular views of the outside when the balcony is open.

Transformer platform: the multifunctional stern platform with structure and fairing made of carbon fibre, in order to make it lighter up to almost half its normal weight.

Important updates are also available:

- aluminium DOLPHIN gangways but also on transom, rotating and box gangways

- various telescopic stainless steel gangways with rotating actuators and mini-cylinders

- telescopic cranes

- side pantograph super light door (which performs water tightness taking up minimum space on side walking areas)

- pilot seats with tilting seat

At stand A6-B5, Opacmare Home Design introduces new ranges of high-quality pieces of furniture for inside and outside use, from the majestic tables of the Africa collection to the Poker Face chairs inspired to playing cards.
